In a situation when the boundaries of recent changes and political conjuncture in the world and Middle East have created suitable conditions for a solution of complex issues, particularly the Kurdish Question, the preventive endeavours of Kongra-Gel (PKK) concurrent with the denial politics of the ruling states in Kurdistan have reached its peak and more than ever revealed the fatale face of this Kurdish-pretending but anti-Kurdish organization.

When the leadership of PJAK aimed to maintain an independent policy, PKK created serious obstacles to prevent PJAK from independent political activity and eventually arrested 21 members of PJAK’s leading members and began terrorizing the rest. By this act PKK showed its marionette and anti-Kurdish character. PKK’s dark face of treason has been revealed by kidnapping of Sipan (Shapour Bedoshive) and his eventual assassination in the highway between Mekhmour and Mosul in Southern Kurdistan (North! ern Iraq).

Shapour was one of the active and honourable members of the Kurdish Liberation Movement.

When joining the movement, Shapour never hesitated in sacrificing endeavours for the Kurdish Liberation movement. He was an active member of the party executive of KADEK and Coordinator of PJAK. Shapour has been executed by the directives from the leadership of Kongra-Gel (PKK) in an act of terrorism.

As the Reviving Committee of PJAK we condemn this anti-Kurdish act of terrorism and ask Human Rights institutions, democratic organizations and parties, intellectuals and particularly the people of Eastern Kurdistan to condemn this dirty act and prevent future terrorist acts by PKK, the essence of which is terror against free-thinking and sacred objectives of the Kurdish Nation.
